Merchandise Returns and Refund policy

Block 3 Services | The StoreOfBits.com is a print-on-demand business, since each item of merchandise is one-of-a-kind and created immediately after an order is placed. We aspire to complete customer sanctification and stand by the quality of our products.

Please get in touch with our team here within 14 days of receiving your delivery if there are any issues with your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 14 days have passed after your purchase. In order to allow for any necessary adjustments to billing/shipping addresses, item sizes, and colours, your order is kept for twelve hours after it is placed. Please get in touch with our team here if you need to modify or cancel your order for a refund.

If your order has already been printed and shipped, no changes can be made. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a free replacement. We don’t accept returns because of user error, including choosing the wrong sizes, patterns, colours, or address, among other things.

If you inform us within 14 days of receiving the product, we will provide a free replacement or a refund in the event that the product was damaged during manufacturing. Please get in touch with our team here so you may send a clear snapshot demonstrating the problem. Refund/free replacement only if merchandise is damaged or there was a manufacturing error, as determined by our team.

Please do not return an item to us prior to consulting with us. We do not have a storage facility, and if you return an item it will be returned to our fulfillment center.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, the following conditions must also be met:

– the purchased item is either defective or does not match the customer’s order, as evidenced by the customer by means of photo(s) or video(s);
– if the purchased item is defective, such defect must not have been caused by any misuse, abuse or accidental damage of the purchased item by the customer;
– the purchased item must be unused and must be in the same condition that the customer received it;
– the purchased item must be returned in the original packaging.

For the avoidance of doubt, the following reasons do not constitute valid return and/or refund reasons (non-exhaustive list):

– the customer ordered the item in a wrong size;
– the customer no longer wants the item;
– the customer finds the same item elsewhere at a cheaper price.

Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent Please get in touch with our team here (use the receipt number that was sent to your email at the time you have purchased the product).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (we do not replace items due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc). If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please get in touch with our team here. We will provide individual instructions.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
